UK Listed Pennpetro Plans a Takeover of Canadian Biofuel Firm ICENERGY, Norfolk Solar Farm Appears

On 16 October Pennpetro Energy signed a heads of agreement to take over ICENERGY, a Canadian company that turns waste wood into fuel pellets to replace coal. The deal is all shares, and a fundraising is planned alongside it. On 15 October a developer also revealed a 1.3 gigawatt solar farm with batteries near King's Lynn, with a claimed £25bn of investment. If you want to invest in either, contact HPC Consultancy.
