Semi-Reservoir Hydropower Projects Receive Rs 21.17 Billion Investment Approval

Nepal's Investment Board approved investments of Rs 10.75 billion for the 58.9 MW Nar Khola project and Rs 10.42 billion for the 46.72 MW Sani Bheri-3 project on 9 October 2026. The combined investment of Rs 21.17 billion is expected to add 105.62 MW of planned hydropower capacity, creating opportunities for engineering, equipment supply and project support services.
